When buying or selling property, there are a number of tasks that must be undertaken before completion. These includes completing Land Registry searches, exchanging information with the purchaser/vendor (e.g. Title Deeds, NPPR Exemption Certificates, Architect's Certificates on Compliance, Local Property Tax History, Searches with the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry, Ground Rent Receipts, Service Charges etc). You will also need to provide your PPS number and any relevant separation/divorce agreements.
